Return Policy
OVERVIEW
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase's delivery. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging (both outer and inner protections).
Please contact us before sending your purchase back. In some cases, we may resolve your return issue with a partial or full refund, eliminating the need for you to return the item.
In the event of damaged items, please provide photographic evidence of both the item and the packaging. While shipping insurance claims can be lengthy, our damage claims are resolved swiftly. We act as the insurer for our customers, offering replacement or full refund almost immediately. Once you are compensated, we handle the insurance claim independently.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Reporting Damaged Items: If an item is received damaged, report it within 48 hours of receipt. If the package shows significant damage or the product inside is damaged, refuse the shipment and have the shipping company return it.
Damaged Item Replacement: Contact us for a FREE replacement if an item is received damaged. There is no need to return the damaged item.
Damaged Item Refund: If you prefer a FULL refund for a damaged item, contact us for instructions.
RESTOCKING FEE AND REFUNDS
Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are issued minus any shipping charges. If you're exchanging for a different item, the restocking fee is waived.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of our receipt of the returned merchandise.
RETURN SHIPPING
As a general policy, customers are expected to cover the shipping costs for returning items. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, rest assured that we will handle all aspects of the return process, including any associated costs. We encourage you to contact us promptly to initiate the claim process.
