When can I expect my order to be delivered? 

Orders ship within 2-5 business days.

Pre-order items - Delivery usually within 4-12 weeks. The exact lead time will vary depending on the item

Backordered items - You will be notified if your item(s) is backordered and we are unable to keep the stated delivery time. 

Why is my item out-of-stock?

We may occasionally experience stock shortages due to high demand for our statues. In such cases, we will contact you and prioritize fulfilling your order as soon as the item becomes available again.

What if the item I receive is damaged?

We make every effort to ensure that our products are well protected packaged for shipping but there are occasions where an item is damaged during the transit and therefore we want to make it easy for you to get a FREE replacement or refund. Please contact us within 48 hrs so we can properly file a damage claim and process the replacement if the item is still available or a FULL refund.

Why is there a restocking fee?

They're not something we're fond of either, but they're essential for a small family business like ours. This fee helps cover the costs of inspecting and refurbishing returned items to meet our high standards. The restocking fee allows us to maintain lower prices across our product range. Instead of raising prices to offset the costs of frequent returns, we implement a minimal restocking fee. Please know that we keep this fee as minimal as possible, focusing on offering you high-quality products at fair prices.
